equipment such as; dumb bells, custom bands, stability balls, medicine balls,
and a host of other functional training tools. This is not your mother’s work
out, no tapes, no long fluffy socks, and no punching the air to a 1-2 count. Go!
@ Home comes with all the tools of the gym program, including the goal compliant
nutrition program. Have a home gym and just need to add a trainer? No problem,
we will just integrate your equipment into your new Go! @ Home
program.

Your personal trainer shows up early for a quick 5 minute setup. Your session will
last approximately 1 hour including quick consultation on your goal
management. Imagine doing these exercises in your den; chest
press, seated rows, squats, cone drills, med ball chops, prone-iso abs…
